For complete peace of mind when purchasing online or on the phone, we give you 14 days to return a watch (or withdraw from the contract) that you’re not happy with for a full refund. For instore purchases, we will give you the option to exchange the watch or issue a credit note if your watch is returned within 14 days.
Watches must be returned in the same condition and with the same accessories (box, warranty, papers, swing tags etc) without ever having been used or worn.
The buyer is required to return the goods to our store or have them delivered to us within 14 days of notification to withdraw. The price of the goods will be reimbursed in full excluding any shipping costs. In the event of any damage the costs of restoration will also be deducted. The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days.
The buyer is required to return a watch or deliver to our store without undue delay and no longer than 14 days from the communication of the withdrawal. Unless the watch is being returned because of a defect or the watch was not as described, the watch must be returned at the expense of the buyer. We strongly advise the buyer insures the watch and cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Title and risk shall only pass back to us once the watch has been received.
We are based in Malahide Co.Dublin and while viewings/meetings are by appointment only you can drop your watch off in person at any stage once have a reference number from us(available after we give you a quote). Our service centre is in our UK office and if you happen to be in the area you are also free to drop your watch there.
