This incredible Rolex GMT Master-II is recently returned from the Rolex service centre and retains its service stickers as a result. The service/repair invoice is available and details a near complete rebuild running to a cost of nearly €5,000. Aesthetically this stainless steel Rolex GMT Master II model reference 16710ln is nearly flawless. The black dial is surrounded by a black aluminium insert 24hr GMT bi-directional bezel. Functionally this watch features date, hour, minute, second and hometime hands. The date window is loacted at the 3 oclock position. The red hand is the GMT hand which helps one always keep abreast of two separate time-zones. This watch benefits from the balance of a two year Rolex service warranty which expires at the end of March 2023. So you can have full peace of mind when purchasing this watch. The scope of sale includes original inner and outer box, service paper, service invoice and service booklet. The original serial number was an E serial meaning this was a watch originally manufactured in 1990. Due to the extensive repair work needed(again all work undertaken is documented in the service invoice) the case has been replaced meaning a new serial number is issued. This watch really in the best of both worlds; a watch from the year 1990, ideally suited to those hunting for a vintage classic and a watch that is practically entirely overhauled in 2021 meaning you benefit from the newest, freshest components.
