We understand in the age of digitial business the value of peace of mind has never been greater; That's why we offer an industry leading 12-month warranty with all pre-owned watches we sell. So in the unlikely event that your watch stops functioning as it should we'll arrange for it to be repaired free of charge. Our repair service has no cost implications at all for you, our valued customer.
HOW OUR WARRANTY WORKS
If the watch that you have purchased is still covered by the manufacturer's warranty, then you can send your watch to them for repair either through us or through your local authorised dealer.
Should your watch be outside the manufacturers warranty and within the Alward Luxury Watches Warranty period the process couldn't be simpler; you contact us (info@luxurywatches.ie) with a description of the issue. We'll liaise with you to arrange the sending of the watch to us for repair; explaining every step of the process to you. We'll arrange for pickup from you(fully insured) and repair of your watch -of course covering the cost of both of these. Once your watch has been repaired we'll arrange for return to you as soon as possible.
WHAT DOES OUR WARRANTY COVER?
The Alward Luxury Watches Warranty covers manufacturing and mechanical defects only; any issues arising from misuse (either deliberate or accidental) or abuse of your watch will not be covered by the warranty. Our warranty is subject to the same terms and conditions as the manufacturer warranty. Specifically theft or loss of the watch will not be covered. Normal wear-and-tear or damage caused to the watch by accidents or mishandling/mistreatment are also excluded, as well as damage caused to a watch due to submersion in water which is against the manufacturer's guidance. In particular, wear of the watch strap is not covered by the warranty.
Any modification/customisation to your watch where the integrity of the watch could have been damaged invalidate the warranty.
When you contact us to arrange for return of your watch we will advise on how to package your watch for secure and insured postage to us; failure to adequately protect your watch during transit may cause further damage to your watch thus nullifying the warranty. Please ensure that you take great care when preparing your watch for collection.
CUSTOMER EXCELLENCE
The repairs process can we disconcerting when you are dealing with a big company that doesn't have time to give you excellent service. We pride ourselves in delivering excellent service at every touch point with us; so if your watch does have an issue you can be assured of:
* We will endeavor to offer you a replacement that is similar to yours but as a minimum will have available a replacement watch of the same brand but not necessarily the same model. This watch will be made available free of charge while your watch is being repaired, provided you can come in person to drop-off/collect your watch at our Dublin office. Any damage done to your replacement must be made good(at a personal cost to the customer) before we return your original watch to you. The replacement watch remains the property of Alward Luxury Watches.
